Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-Human Identity (NHI) Project Manager to lead and coordinate IAM/PAM initiatives focused on the governance and management of non-human identities. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, relevant certifications, and a proven track record of managing IAM/PAM projects across technical and business teams.

The role will be responsible for program planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, vendor management, and ensuring successful transition of NHI processes into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning activities, including scope definition, work breakdown, resource planning, and milestone scheduling across NHI workstreams.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery tracking.
- Track and manage program dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder visibility.
- Coordinate delivery across Architecture, Engineering, Automation,



Security, Platform, Application, and Audit teams.
- Manage relationships and coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Prepare program status reports, executive updates, and milestone dashboards for the CISO and senior leadership.
- Manage the program budget, track actuals against forecasts, and identify and report variances.
- Facilitate program workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder working groups.
- Drive workstream accountability by maintaining clear ownership of deliverables and action items.
- Support change management activities and help internal teams adopt new NHI processes and tooling.
- Ensure program outcomes are properly documented and transitioned into BAU operations.
