Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vijayawada District for EHS In Charge / EHS Manager / EHS HOD / Safety Head / Safety Incharge.



The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures across the cement plant to maintain compliance with legal and corporate standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety inspections and audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and EHS performance reporting, as well as coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The position oversees safety training and awareness programs for all employees and contractors, ensures proper use and maintenance of PPE, and drives continuous improvement initiatives in occupational health, process safety, and environmental performance. The role collaborates closely with operations, maintenance, and senior management to promote a strong safety culture and minimize environmental impact.
