Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize upstream processing conditions for biopharmaceutical production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct cell culture operations, including media preparation, inoculation, incubation, harvesting, and sterilization.
- Troubleshoot issues related to upstream processing equipment performance and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a biotechnology industry setting with expertise in upstream processing.
- Strong understanding of biologics development lifecycle from discovery through commercialization.
- Experience working with various types of bioreactors (e.g., batch, fed-batch)
- Familiarity with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) regulations.
