Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Telecaller to generate leads, connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and promote the company’s IT products and services. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Introduce and explain the company’s IT products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about products, pricing,



and services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; IT/Business/Sales background will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, IT sales, or lead generation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software, hardware, or technology services.
