Location: Jamnagar (Gujarat)

1.Business Management - Refinery / Petrochemical / Power Sector

6.Contract Performance, P&L; and Cash flow Accountability & Risk Management

7.Team Leadership, People Management

Desirable skills: Project Management, Operation & Maintenance Management, Commercial Acumen Management, People management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects and other relevant business systems including ERP.

Qualifications: BE -Mechanical engineering or a related field, regular full time course from a repute college.

Experience:

20 years of experience in Oil & Gas refinery, petrochemical or Power service industry, with minimum 5-8 years in a senior leadership role in operations and maintenance. Proven experience in leading and managing a workforce of 4,000+ employees, with strong leadership capabilities.
