Job Description – Google Ads Manager

Position: Google Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Manager who can independently manage Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads at an optimized cost.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube Ads.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting.

* Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and campaign ROI.

* Set up and monitor conversion tracking, lead tracking and campaign analytics.

* Analyze lead quality and optimize campaigns based on actual conversions.

* Manage daily/weekly campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization.

* Create and test ad copies, headlines and CTAs.

* Identify negative keywords and reduce irrelevant/wasted traffic.





* Prepare regular campaign performance reports and suggest improvements.

* Coordinate with the sales/CRM team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skill

* Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & lead-generation campaigns.

* Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.

* Basic-to-good knowledge of SEO, keyword research and landing-page optimization.

* Solid analytical and reporting skills.

* Ability to understand CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate and ROAS.

* Experience in managing marketing budgets.

* Strong focus on quality leads and ROI, not just lead volume.

Preferred: Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Coaching or Franchise businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
