Role & responsibilities :

Handle Customer Queries and provide support through Chat.

Maintain high standard of customer service, response time and quality.

Meet individual and team KPI / SLA, quality and customer satisfaction.

Manage multiple chat conversation.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 6 Months of experience in international chat / customer support/ BPO preferred .

Excellent written and communication skills.

Good typing speed with solid accuracy.

Comfortable in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Immediate joiners only

Pune candidates only.

Comfortable working 5 days a week from Office
