We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive cum Admission Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective clients, promoting our courses, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
* Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
* Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
* Convert leads into successful admissions.
* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
* Support admission-related activities and documentation.
* Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and sales skills.
* Ability to handle student enquiries professionally.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
* Previous experience in sales, counselling, education, or admissions is preferred.
* Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
Qualification & Requirements
* B.Tech or any relevant degree from a recognized institution.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to counsel students and parents effectively.
* Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
* Previous experience in sales, admissions, counselling, or education is an advantage.
* Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
