Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide technical leadership to junior team members and ensure effective communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
