About the Role

Tity Property is looking for an experienced and highly driven Head of Sales & Business Development to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the real estate market.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B/B2C sales, real estate sales, business development, team leadership, lead conversion, channel development, and strategic partnerships.

The role will be responsible for building scalable sales processes, managing sales teams, developing new business opportunities, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage high-performing sales and business development teams.
- Establish sales targets, territories, pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective strategies.
- Develop structured sales processes from lead generation to closure.




- Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-sales conversion rates.

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, real estate agents, investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand Tity Property's market reach.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
- Develop corporate and institutional business opportunities.

Real Estate / PropTech Growth
- Drive adoption of the Tity Property platform among real estate stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to onboard builders, agents, property owners, investors, and other ecosystem partners.
- Promote Tity Property's digital solutions and services.
- Develop new revenue channels including subscriptions, premium listings, advertising, partnerships, and other commercial models.
