At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for an accomplished and commercially focused Manager - Finance (Accounts Receivable) to lead our AR function from our Noida, India office. This role is critical in driving receivables performance, strengthening financial controls, ensuring timely book closure, and supporting business profitability through effective financial management and stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview

The Manager - Finance (AR) will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate accounting, efficient collections, solid cash flow management, and timely financial reporting. The role requires a finance leader with excellent accounting knowledge, P&L; exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely collections and effective receivables management
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities




- Support preparation and analysis of P&L; statements, management reports, and financial dashboards
- Review customer ageing reports and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate finance policies
- Lead reconciliations, provisions, revenue recognition, and financial reporting activities
- Partner with business and operational teams to resolve billing and collection challenges
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancement
- Guide and develop finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture

What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including significant exposure to Accounts Receivable
- Strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and book closing activities
- 2–3 years of experience handling P&L; analysis and financial performan
