We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to educate students or professionals in industry-relevant technologies. The trainer will design and deliver practical training sessions, simplify complex concepts, and ensure learners gain hands-on experience aligned with current industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions in assigned technologies (e.g., Programming, Cloud, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, etc.).
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Provide real-time examples and practical demonstrations.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Update curriculum based on current industry trends.
- Assist learners with doubts, projects, and career guidance.
- Maintain training records and progress reports.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Hands-on experience with tools and technologies.
- Solid problem-solving and mentoring ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or a related field.
- Year of Passing:
2020 onwards (Freshers can apply).
- Relevant certifications are preferred.
- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience is an advantage.
Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Salary will be based on skills, experience, and performance.
