- Depth across front-end (React/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/FastAPI/.NET)
- Solid system design: APIs, data modeling, microservices, event-driven patterns
- Cloud, containers and CI/CD (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Track record leading and mentoring engineers and owning delivery
- Comfortable embedding AI components and agents into real workflows
