Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our HR team in Badnawar, Madhya Pradesh.

This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical, hands-on exposure to Core HR and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day Core HR and HR Operations activities.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate with employees and internal departments for HR-related requirements.
