Roles & Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the customer journey from the day the sale is closed until program completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage.
- Act as the first point of contact post-sale, welcoming new customers and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to customer success.
- Conduct structured onboarding and provide a complete walkthrough of the program, learning modules, processes, and key resources.
- Set clear expectations from Day 1 and create a structured roadmap aligned with the customer’s goals.
- Regularly engage with customers through calls, messages, reminders,



and follow-ups to drive participation and completion.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, proactive support, and consistent engagement.
- Skills & Qualifications Required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Onboarding, Counselling, Customer Success or related roles. (preferred: post-sales, customer engagement, and counselling sales role).
- Excellent command over communication and presentation
- Solid ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engaged
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
