Brass Animals is a fast-growing live entertainment company offering brass bands, jazz combos, dance bands, and second-line parade experiences for weddings and corporate events across the US. We operate a nationally distributed musician model and are scaling aggressively toward $2M+ in revenue. We’re a small, high-velocity team that runs on smart systems, AI-powered workflows, and a bias toward execution over process.
The Role
We’re launching multiple growth initiatives simultaneously — paid media across Google and Meta, an AI-powered sales automation system, CRM conversion tracking, a new sales dashboard, and more — all within the next 30 days. We need someone who can own the coordination layer across all of it, make sure nothing falls between the cracks, and evolve into our ongoing growth intelligence function as things stabilize.
We’re generating significant inbound lead volume with a goal to double it within 6 months as part of a path to $2M in revenue by end of 2027. The infrastructure to support that growth — paid media, sales automation, attribution, pipeline visibility — is all launching right now. This role exists to make sure it all lands cleanly and then to own the intelligence layer that tells us where to push harder.
This is not a traditional project manager role. We don’t want Gantt charts and status decks. We want someone who moves fast, thinks clearly about dependencies and risks, uses AI tools to work smarter, and can hold a distributed team of specialists accountable to outcomes without adding bureaucratic overhead.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and alongside our Ops/Delivery lead, with daily touchpoints across our paid media, sales, CRM, and creative specialists.
