Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting IT products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients for IT products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans to customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, meeting, and conversion records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical, product, and customer support teams whenever required.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and IT products/services.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and present appropriate solutions.
- Strong lead-generation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good objection-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
