Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and friendly Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Respond to customer messages and provide accurate product information.
- Assist customers with product, order, return, and exchange-related queries.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
- Support sales and marketing activities when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist with Instagram and social media handling when required.
Requirements
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year.
- Languages: Tamil and English are required.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be confident, bold, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Experience or knowledge in social media handling and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
