We are looking for a highly skilled FlexPLM Technical Lead to drive the technical design, development, and implementation of FlexPLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLM systems, especially FlexPLM, and proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have 10+ years of experience with deep expertise in FlexPLM application and Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of FlexPLM solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design system architecture and ensure scalability and performance.
- Lead development, customization, and integration of FlexPLM.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce coding standards.
- Manage integrations with ERP, PIM, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support UAT, deployments, and production releases.
- Ensure documentation of technical specifications and architecture.
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience in PLM with robust FlexPLM expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Windchill/FlexPLM architecture.
- Experience in system integrations and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience leading technical teams.
