We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our L&D; VTH team. This is a fantastic prospect to be part of a leading firm.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Designing learning solutions based on client requirements
- Taking consultative approach to offer solutions
- Experience in developing various types of learning interventions to suit the learner and business needs
- Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
- Design solutions that are engaging and effective
- Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
- Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
