Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to sell insurance products
- Achieve high sales targets (crore-level targets)
- Use CRM tools, scripts, and databases effectively
- Meet/exceed call center KPIs and metrics
- Provide consistent and high-quality customer service
- Participate in training and learning programs
- Follow company policies and procedures
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Robust knowledge of Hindi language and English (written & spoken).
- Proven track record in inside sales or outbound sales with a focus on domestic market.
