- Identify and source retail commercial properties suitable for brands, retailers, and investors.
- Conduct on-ground market surveys to identify new properties, upcoming projects, vacant shops, and high-potential locations.
- Visit properties and collect details such as carpet area, frontage, floor, rental expectations, availability, parking, visibility, and access.
- Study catchment areas, customer demographics, footfall, competition, nearby brands, and surrounding developments.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, brokers, and retail brands for site visits and commercial discussions.
- Generate and maintain a database of available retail properties and potential landlords.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with owners and clients regarding site visits, proposals, negotiations, LOI, and leasing progress.




- Collect property photographs, videos, location details, documents, and other information required for property presentations and proposals.
- Support the team in rental negotiations, commercial terms, and deal closure.
- Track market rental rates and competitor properties to provide accurate market intelligence.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports covering site visits, new properties, leads, follow-ups, and market updates.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with retail brands, landlords, developers, and local market contacts.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
