Job Summary

*Jaywant Group is hiring a precise and detail-oriented Civil Billing Engineer to manage quantity estimation, contractor/vendor billing, rate analysis, and cost tracking. This role is crucial in ensuring financial accuracy and minimizing variations across our Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects.*

Key Responsibilities
- Scrutinize, verify, and certify running account (RA) bills and final bills submitted by contractors and sub-contractors based on actual site measurements.
- Prepare accurate client bills and detailed quantity estimations by studying structural blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Prepare, verify, and cross-check Bar Bending Schedules and structural steel consumption records to prevent material over-ordering.




- Conduct rate analysis for extra or non-tendered items and process variation/deviation orders with proper technical justification.
- Perform regular material reconciliation (cement, steel, tiles, etc.) between theoretical consumption vs. actual site deployment to identify and curb wastage.
- Attend and record joint measurements on-site with project managers and contractor representatives.

Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of dedicated experience as a Billing / Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer in Real Estate or Infrastructure.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas), AutoCAD (for quantity extraction), and real estate ERP systems.
- Traits: Sharp analytical skills, high ethical standards, and a strong understanding of IS codes and standard modes of measurement.
- Knowledge of Industrial ,Residential & Commercial Projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
