The Role

We are seeking a Talent Attraction & Content Strategy Partner to shape how AMS attracts, engages, and converts talent across a diverse range of markets, functions, and skill sets.

Combining attraction strategy, content expertise, talent market insight, and sourcing enablement, you will partner with recruiters, sourcers, Employer Branding, Marketing, and other stakeholders to solve hiring challenges.



You will develop targeted attraction approaches, create compelling candidate content, and help our teams strengthen the way they identify and engage talent.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can turn hiring needs and market insights into practical strategies, impactful content, and measurable attraction activity.
Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Talent Attraction Strategy & Consultancy
- Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring stakeholders to develop effective attraction strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide insight and guidance on talent market trends, candidate behaviours, and channel effectiveness.
- Recommend innovative sourcing, engagement, and talent attraction approaches that improve hiring outcomes.
- Recommend relevant channels, communities, talent pools, and alternative sources of talent based on the role, market, and target audience.
