Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting business presentations, preparing commercial proposals, and converting opportunities into successful orders.

The ideal candidate should have solid B2B sales, business development, lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand technology solutions and present them effectively to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and geographies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, references, exhibitions, industry events, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Research target companies, industries, market segments, and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities for software,



hardware, kiosk, AI, IoT, cloud, and customized technology solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into meetings, proposals, negotiations, and successful business closures.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, business heads, IT heads, procurement teams, government officials, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable XIPHIAS solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

3. Sales & Solution Consulting
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into suitable technology solutions.
