Role Description
The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur. This role oversees daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning menus with culinary leadership, monitoring food and beverage standards, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene,



safety, and brand guidelines. The manager will lead, train, and schedule the food and beverage team, coordinate with other departments for events in the hotel’s indoor and outdoor spaces, and manage budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization. The role also involves handling guest feedback, resolving service issues, and continuously improving the overall food and beverage experience.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant and banqueting management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
- Experience in Training, coaching, and developing food and beverage teams.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting for food and beverage outlets.
