Key Responsibilities:
- Review tenders, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and bid evaluations.
- Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Monitor project budgets, billing, variations, and commercial performance.
- Manage subcontractor agreements, certifications, and payments.
- Handle claims, EOTs, change orders, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, billing, and project teams.
- Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Prepare commercial MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.

Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Construction Management (Preferred).

Experience:
- 2–8 years in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, township, hotel, or industrial projects.
