Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage corporate events, including banquets, exhibitions, and outdoor catering services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate event logistics, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality service.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure profitability for each event.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Business Development
- Identify and develop new outdoor catering business opportunities.
- Generate leads from corporates, industries, schools, colleges, hospitals, event organizers, and social events.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, and community groups.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote catering services.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed catering orders.
- Increase average order value through menu upgrades and value-added services.




- Maintain healthy sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized catering solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure timely follow-up until order confirmation and payment collection.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

Event Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth event execution.
- Ensure all customer requirements are communicated clearly to execution teams.
- Attend major events to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Suggest current products, menu ideas, and promotional activities to improve market share.

Reporting
- Submit daily sales activity reports and weekly pipeline reports.
