Profile: Senior HR

Roles Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions.
- Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channels
- Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
- Sourcing and searching on job portals and social sites.
- Strategize and plan recruitment activity along with hiring teams, and implement it to stay synched with the hiring manager. Understand the company s processes and style of working to increase hiring speed
- There should be a single point of contact for joined candidates and responsible for timely feedback on their performance from time to time from respective departments and reporting managers.
- Should maintain and update all HRMIS related to recruitment.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Should have handled operational activities like attendance management, leave management,



employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, RR, joining formalities, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances and conflicts, and guide to ensure a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefit enrollment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
