QS & Billing Engineer – Civil Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for a QS & Billing Engineer with 4+ years of experience in residential, commercial, villa, or high-rise construction projects. The role involves quantity estimation, contractor billing, measurements, BOQ management, and project cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, and measurement sheets.
- Verify site measurements and contractor/subcontractor bills.
- Prepare and check RA Bills, final bills, and abstracts.
- Reconcile quantities of cement, steel, concrete, blocks, and other materials.
- Track BOQ quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations.
- Review drawings and coordinate with site and planning teams.
- Perform rate analysis and support cost estimation.
- Maintain billing, work order,



measurement, and variation records.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Support project MIS, cost reports, and final account settlements.

Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in QS & Billing.
- Experience in building construction, real estate, residential, commercial, villa, or high-rise projects.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, RA Bills, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
