Your Role
- Engineering degree with 10+ years in PLM functional consulting with robust focus on Windchill/Windchill+
- Demonstrated process mapping experience and delivery of tobe PLM operating models.
- Hands-on involvement in Windchill/Windchill+ implementations, preferably including greenfield or major transformation programs.
- Proven experience with CAD integrations to Windchill (minimum: Creo; plus: SolidWorks/NX/AutoCAD).
- WTParts, CAD Data Management, Document Control
- Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Lifecycles, Workflows
- Classification, Search, Soft Types, Attributes




- EBOM management and EBOMMBOM handoff
- Visualization and publishing (Creo View), model check guidelines

Your Profile
- Lead asis / tobe process mapping across Engineering, Change Control, Document Control, Configuration Management, and Manufacturing collaboration.
- Define functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices aligned to PLM strategy.
- Design Windchill+ configurations (lifecycles, workflows, soft types, attributes, UI policies, classification, search) that reflect standardized global processes.
- Facilitate design workshops, fitgap analysis, and bestpractice harmonization across sites/business units.
- Define roles, ACLs, contexts, and policies that support data governance and compliance.
