Key Responsibilities

Answer all room service calls promptly and professionally.

Take guest food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

Suggest menu items, daily specials, and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and

revenue.

Coordinate with the kitchen and room service team to ensure timely order preparation

and delivery.

Communicate special guest requests, allergies, and dietary preferences to the kitchen.

Follow up with guests regarding order status and service quality.

Maintain proper records of orders, complaints, and guest preferences.

Ensure all room service menus are updated and accurate.

Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate issues when required.

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow hotel SOPs.

Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for guest requests related to room

service.





Ensure cleanliness and organization of the order-taking desk and work area.

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

0–2 years of experience in Room Service, Restaurant.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer operations.

Robust telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
