Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Visa Consultant
with a strong background in visa processing and immigration services. The ideal candidate will handle
tourist visas, business visas, and immigration-related documentation
, ensuring smooth processing for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration laws, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
visa processing for tourist, business, and other categories
.
- Provide
accurate visa counselling
and guidance to clients.
- Prepare
case-specific covering letters
and documentation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of
visa checklists, procedures, and immigration laws
.
- Communicate effectively with
clients, authorities, and embassies/consulates
.
- Ensure all applications are
presented in the best possible manner
to maximize approval chances.




- Maintain organized records of applications and follow up on pending cases.
- Provide excellent
customer service
and timely updates to clients.
- Work closely with the
travel and operations team
to support client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4-5+ years of proven experience
in visa handling and immigration consulting.
- Strong knowledge of
visa filing procedures, documentation, and immigration regulations
.
- Excellent
communication and consulting skills
(both written & verbal).
- Proficiency in
English
; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset
with a professional approach.
- High
attention to detail
, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team
.
- Graduate degree
in any discipline; relevant certifications in immigration/visa consultancy are an advantage.
