Job Description: Implementation Engineer

About the Role

RGBSI is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Implementation Engineers who can bridge the gap between RGBSI SaaS solutions and customer needs. The role involves Demonstrating RGBSI SaaS solutions, understanding client requirements, implementing software solutions, and ensuring successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and map those with the RGBSI SaaS platforms and provide suitable Proof of concepts and solutions.
- Demonstrate RGBSI software products and support customer usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare software requirements documents and specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact with customers during implementation.
- Collect customer feedback and track implementation progress.

Required Skills




- Bachelors degree in engineering in Mechanical/Industrial
- Good understanding of basic engineering concepts.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn.
- Ability to interact with customers and manage multiple tasks.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
- Engineering background: Mechanical / Industrial / Computer Engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge on PPAP, APQP, 8D, DFMEA, FEA etc.

Willingness to learn and work in a customer-facing implementation role
