Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Associate responsible for delivering products/orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick up orders/products from the designated location and deliver them to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per assigned routes.
- Verify orders, addresses, and customer details before delivery.
- Handle products/packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Collect cash or digital payments, where applicable.
- Maintain proper delivery records and update delivery status through the assigned app/system.
- Coordinate with the operations/team for delivery-related issues.
- Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
- Follow company safety, traffic,



and delivery policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle/bike.

Eligibility & Skills
- Previous delivery, logistics, courier, e-commerce, or field-sales experience preferred.
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred/required, depending on the role.
- Knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Basic smartphone/app handling skills.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in the field.
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
