Job Responsibilities:

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused skilled to join our team as an Internal Order Processing & Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in order processing, customer coordination, and sales support activities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SAP for order processing are highly preferred.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the ERP system.
- Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and related

documentation.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Production teams

to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and

internal stakeholders.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, product

availability, and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, delivery notes, and

other sales-related documents as required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.




- Ensure timely processing of customer requests while maintaining a high level of

customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support inventory coordination and shipment planning as required.
- Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Follow company procedures and ensure data accuracy in all transactions.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any

relevant discipline.

Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Sales, Order Processing, Customer Support,

Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational company

will be preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly:
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data

analysis)
