About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Lead Generation Specialist
with a minimum of
3 years of experience
generating qualified B2B leads across the
UK, US, and Canadian markets
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospect research, data mining, outbound lead generation, and appointment setting for international clients within an outsourcing or BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.
- Execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.




- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in Lead Generation for the
UK, US, and Canadian markets
.
- Prior experience working with an
Outsourcing/BPO/KPO company
is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and sales pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
