About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our Noida Client Services Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in an international organization within the insurance industry. As a CSS, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients,



providing professional and efficient support to address their needs and inquiries. You will receive comprehensive training directly from top insurance operations managers in Thailand, enabling you to develop a deep understanding of our products and best practices. This role is ideal for candidates who are driven, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
