Role Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll support, attendance management, incentive calculation, documentation, and overall employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

• Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate hiring

• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.

• Conduct joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.

• Maintain employee database and personnel files.

• Track attendance, leave, and punctuality.

• Coordinate payroll inputs with Manager.

• Calculate monthly incentives performance payouts accurately.

• Manage employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and increment documentation.

• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.



• Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking.

• Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance support.

• Organize employee engagement activities, townhalls, rewards, and recognition programs.

• Manage probation reviews and performance improvement plans.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Handle HR audits and documentation.

• Support administrative activities as required.

• Perform any other HR responsibilities assigned by management.
