Job Title: Territory Business Manager

Education: Bachelors degree (Graduation)

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.




- Ability to do demand generation in the market and build offline channels.
- Local language proficiency and geography knowledge are preferred.

Persona & skills
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Gold Appraisal and Field Sales
- Handling a team of 2-5 member
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
