Job Title: AI Research Engineer

Location: Bengaluru | CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA

Role Overview:
Join the core AI Research team to turn cutting-edge vision-language and diffusion advances into robust, real-time systems that see, reason, and act on dynamic construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research diffusion-based generative models for photorealistic wall-surface simulation, defect synthesis, and domain adaptation
- Architect and train Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and Vision-Language Action (VLA) models connecting work orders, CAD plans, and sensor data to pixel-level understanding
- Build auto-annotation pipelines using active learning, self-training, and synthetic data
- Optimize/compress models (INT8, LoRA, distillation) for Jetson-class devices under ROS 2
- Own the full AI lifecycle from research to production hand-off




- Publish technical reports/papers and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:
- 3+ years in Deep Learning R&D;, or MS/PhD in CS/EE/Robotics
- Expertise in DDPM, LDM, ControlNet, CLIP, BLIP-2, LLaVA, Flamingo
- Experience with active learning, pseudo-labeling, weak supervision
- Strong Python, PyTorch/JAX, PyTorch Lightning, DeepSpeed, Ray
- Familiarity with TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, CUDA/C++ optimization
- Solid math foundation (probability, optimization, information theory)
- Bonus: Isaac Sim, ROS2, Nav2, MoveIt2, Open3D

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
