About the Role

We are looking for an HR Manager with a strong foundation in psychology to lead people practices for a young, fast-growing team where a majority of employees are Gen Z. This role goes beyond administrative HR — it requires someone who understands empathy, generational work motivations, mental wellbeing, feedback culture, and how to build systems that keep a digitally native, purpose-driven workforce engaged and retained.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Build engagement and retention strategies specifically suited to Gen Z employees — versatile growth paths, frequent feedback loops, transparent communication, and purpose-linked incentives
- Apply psychological principles to workplace design: motivation frameworks, behavioral assessments, conflict resolution, and team dynamics
- Develop and run mental health and wellbeing initiatives (burnout prevention, stress management,



psychological safety programs)
- Create and manage feedback systems (regular check-ins, pulse surveys, 360 reviews) suited to a generation that expects continuous rather than annual feedback
- Handle grievance redressal and workplace conflict with a psychologically informed, empathetic approach
- Partner with leadership on culture-building initiatives, DEI practices, and internal communication strategy
- Manage HR policies, compliance, and documentation in line with labor law requirements
- Support learning and development programs, including career pathing and upskilling relevant to younger employees' career expectations
- Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, eNPS) and translate data into actionable people strategies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology (Organizational/Industrial Psychology preferred) or a closely related field
- 3–6 years of HR experi
