Designation: IT Business Partner

Grade: Manager/Senior Manager

Salary Band: Upto 32 lacs(max)

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary IT relationship manager for Commercial business stakeholders.
- Partner with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Cargo, Sales, Commercial Planning, and CRM teams to understand business objectives and technology needs.
- Lead business requirement gathering, solution assessment, and business case preparation.
- Own demand management, project prioritization, and portfolio governance processes.
- Establish executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and benefits realization tracking.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, analytics, and AI-led business transformation.

Skills:




- 10+ years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or IT Business Partner roles.
- 5+ years of experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience in Aviation, Airlines, Travel, Logistics, or Transportation industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of at least one or more commercial domains:
- Revenue Management
- Sales & Distribution
- Network Planning
- Cargo
- CRM
- Commercial Analytics

Pay: ₹324,413.62 - ₹1,402,299.46 per year
