Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement workflow solutions using Agilent tools to meet business requirements.
- Analyze complex workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain custom configurations for various applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflow configuration and provide technical support as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Agilent software products (e.g., Business Process Management) and their applications in workflow analysis and design.
- Experience with configuring complex systems, including data integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions using technology.
