We specialize in delivering high-quality sweets and snacks to international markets, built on trust, quality, and long-term client relationships. We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow our confectionery export business.

*Role Overview*

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our international confectionery export sales. This includes nurturing existing overseas clients and acquiring recent buyers through B2B platforms like Alibaba and direct outreach. The ideal candidate is target-driven, has good communication skills, and is passionate about building global business.

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Client Management:* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing international clients to ensure repeat orders and strong relationships




- *New Business Development:* Generate leads and acquire new clients through Alibaba, IndiaMART, trade directories, exhibitions, and cold calling/emailing
- *Export Sales:* Handle end-to-end sales process for confectionery products - inquiry to order closure
- *Quotations & Negotiations:* Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms with buyers
- *Documentation:* Coordinate with operations team for PI, packing list, shipping documents, and order tracking
- *Market Research:* Track market trends, competitor pricing, and identify new opportunities in target countries
- *Reporting:* Maintain CRM/Excel records of leads, follow-ups, and sales targets. Share weekly sales reports
- *Customer Service:* Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication across time zones
