Role Overview

We are looking for a
Young Professional
to provide legal and litigation support in handling court cases and other legal matters. The candidate will be responsible for legal research, drafting, vetting of legal documents, preparation of court-related documents, and coordination on litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice in relation to pending court cases and other legal matters.
- Draft replies, submissions, applications, and other documents related to court proceedings.
- Prepare and vet
para-wise comments
in response to court cases and legal notices.
- Draft
affidavits, counter-affidavits
, and other pleadings as required.
- Review, prepare, and organize documents required for court cases and legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, rules, regulations, judgments, and judicial procedures.
- Assist in analysing legal issues and provide inputs on matters related to ongoing litigation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, advocates, legal consultants, and other concerned authorities, as required.




- Maintain proper records and documentation of court cases and legal matters.
- Track assigned legal matters and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Undertake any other legal assignments and responsibilities entrusted from time to time.

Educational Qualification
- LL.M. (Master of Laws)
from a recognized university/institution.
- Candidates with a robust academic background in relevant areas of law will be preferred.

Experience
- Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in handling legal and court-related matters.
- Prior experience in
drafting and vetting para-wise comments, affidavits, counter-affidavits, replies, and other legal documents
is essential.
- Experience in dealing with litigation/court matters and judicial processes will be preferred.
