- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform development.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM.
- Good understanding of ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, JDBC, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow.
- Understanding of ServiceNow upgrade strategy, performance optimization, security, and governance.
- Experience designing and architecting solutions for large enterprise environments.
