Roles & Responsibilities:

Skills RFQ, Automation, Solution design, AutoCAD, Excel, PPT, process improvement/rootcouse analysis, change management.

Overview - Lead or support in the development of concepts for use in formal customer proposals including, but not limited to, process flow diagrams, KPIs and facility layouts in in both 2D and 3D, for complex cases with support of Engineering team

Work closely with Business Development/Account Management, Launch and Operational teams as part of the solution development process in warehouse space.

Support the design of supply chain solutions, Develop RFQ concepts (lead & own process from scratch) in to fully detailed designs post award as part of the launch process.





Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and global initiatives.

Be a SME (subject matter expert) on engineering processes, tools and techniques including MTM, AutoCAD, Excel, PPT (mandate), Visio, SketchUp (valuable to have)

Proficient in using AutoCAD to design functional workings of solutions in 3D and 2D formats - Engineer must be able to draw the layout from scratch. 3D is desirable

Team management - AM (IC), Manager/Sr Manager (Team)
