Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Head to lead the company’s visual communication across all brand touchpoints. The role focuses on creating compelling catalogues, social media creatives, digital marketing campaigns, photography, videography, and other visual assets that strengthen the brand identity and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a strong aesthetic sense, excellent creative direction skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing creative team while ensuring consistency and quality across all visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the company’s visual communication and creative direction.

* Develop concepts and oversee the design of product catalogues, brochures, lookbooks, and other marketing collaterals.

* Plan and execute creative campaigns for social media and digital marketing.

* Direct product photography, lifestyle shoots, reels, and promotional videos.





* Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.

* Lead and mentor the in-house creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.

* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Management teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

* Manage external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, and production vendors.

* Stay updated with the latest design, digital marketing, photography, and home décor trends.

* Review and approve all creative deliverables while ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (NIFT/NID preferred).

* 5–8 years of experience in creative design, branding, or visual communication, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
