Job Summary

The Head IT Service Delivery is a senior executive leader accountable for end-to-end delivery, performance, and transformation of enterprise IT services across applications, infrastructure, cloud, digital platforms, and security. This role owns the reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction of mission-critical technology services, with a robust focus on Oracle E-Business Suite/OTM/SOAled enterprise environments,



cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and/or Microsoft Azure), and data-driven service governance using tools such as Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Domain Expertise
- Strong hands-on and leadership-level experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR), SCM, and HRMS modules
- Integration, performance, upgrades, and support in complex enterprise environments
- Managing Oracle EBS in hybrid and cloud-hosted models
- Oracle OTM Experience with integration and configuration.
- .Net and Angular based product development experience
- Microservice architecture experience
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Platforms, with preference for:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , Microsoft Azure and GCP
- Leading cloud migration, modernization, and optimization programs
- Managing cloud operations, FinOps, avail
